AUTHENTICATION SECURITY TO BREW APPLICATIONS
Companies Will Combine Diversinet BREW Soft Token Client With Location Based
Services to Produce An Exciting Range Of New Applications
TORONTO, Canada, and Newport Beach, CA, May 23, 2006 - Diversinet Corp. (OTCBB:
DVNTF), a leading provider of mobile-enabled personal authentication and security solutions,
and ECONZ Wireless, a leading global developer of mobile software solutions for business and
consumer markets, today announced a partnership agreement. The agreement allows ECONZ
Wireless to integrate and extend the MobiSecure BREW client into current and future ECONZ
Wireless applications for sale worldwide through ECONZWireless mobile carrier partners.
Also in progress is the development of BREW extension for two-factor authentication with
Location Based Services (LBS). This extension will allow developers of BREW applications to
bring a new level of security and user authentication to their products. Applications for this
technology include e-commerce, mobile banking, mobile wagering and mature age content.
